3LACKD explicitly does NOT collect, access, or store:
- Container contents or code
- Claude Code credentials or API keys
- Messages or logs from your agent
- WhatsApp message content
- Files or databases inside your container
- Agent behavior or decision logs
- Any information generated inside your container
Your container is completely private. 3LACKD infrastructure operates around it, not within it.
4. How We Use Your Data
We use your data only for:
- Creating and managing your account
- Processing payments via Asaas
- Providing customer support
- Legal compliance and fraud prevention
We do NOT use your data for:
- Marketing or advertising
- Profiling or behavioral analysis
- Training AI models
- Selling to third parties
- Analytics beyond service operation
5. Data Sharing (Third Parties)
We share data only with:
Asaas (Payment Processor):
Legal requests:
- We comply with valid court orders or subpoenas
- We share only the minimum data necessary
We do NOT share with:
- Anthropic, WhatsApp, Google, or any other service
- Marketing agencies or data brokers
- Anyone without explicit legal requirement
6. Data Security
We protect your data with:
- Encrypted transmission (TLS/SSL)
- Encrypted storage for sensitive data
- Access controls and authentication
- Isolated container architecture
No security system is 100% perfect. We're not liable for breaches beyond our control.
7. Data Retention & Deletion
While your account is active:
- We retain account, billing, and usage data
After cancellation:
- We delete all personal data within 30 days
- Exception: Payment records retained 7 years for tax/legal compliance
You can request deletion anytime:
