These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of BRIDGES, a service that provides isolated Docker containers with Claude Code CLI connected to WhatsApp. By accessing or using BRIDGES, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the service.
1. Service Overview & Subscription Model
BRIDGES is an infrastructure provider offering isolated Docker containers with Claude Code CLI pre-installed.
Subscription Model:
- No free tier. All users must purchase a paid subscription.
- Minimum commitment: 1 month (billed monthly).
- No refunds. All subscriptions are non-refundable, regardless of usage.
- You bring your own Claude Code instance. You must provide and maintain your own Claude Code CLI setup. BRIDGES provides container infrastructure only.
2. User Responsibility
You assume 100% responsibility for:
- Your own Claude Code instance and all API credentials
- The code and configuration deployed in your container
- All actions performed by your agent
- Compliance with applicable laws and terms of service of all integrated platforms
- Protecting and managing your API keys, OAuth tokens, and credentials
You must not:
- Share API keys, tokens, or credentials with other users
- Attempt to access other users' containers or data
- Use your container for illegal activities, harassment, spam, DDoS attacks, or cryptocurrency mining
- Violate the terms of service of Anthropic, WhatsApp, or any other integrated platform
- Reverse-engineer or attempt to modify BRIDGES infrastructure
3. Agent Behavior Responsibility
You are solely responsible for the behavior, output, and actions of your Claude Code agent. BRIDGES is not liable for:
- Harmful, illegal, or offensive outputs generated by your agent
- API key penalties, rate limiting, or account suspension from third parties
- Charges or blocks imposed by Anthropic, WhatsApp, Google, or any third-party service
- Quota exhaustion or overage fees incurred by your agent
- Data loss or service degradation caused by third-party platform changes
4. Data Ownership and Container Isolation
- Your data is yours. All data stored within your container is your exclusive property.
- BRIDGES does not access or monitor your container contents except as necessary for security incidents or legal compliance.
- Containers are isolated. Other users cannot access your container, data, or credentials.
- No backups. BRIDGES does not maintain backups of container data and cannot recover deleted information.
5. Cancellation & Data Deletion
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation is immediate and irreversible.
Upon cancellation:
- Your container will remain active for 30 days
- After 30 days, all data will be permanently deleted
- No refund is provided, regardless of remaining subscription time
- No recovery is possible after deletion
6. Payment & Billing
Payment Terms:
- Subscriptions are billed via Asaas (our payment processor)
- Automatic renewal occurs on your billing date
- You authorize us to charge your payment method each billing cycle
- All subscriptions are non-refundable
Failed Payments:
- If payment fails, your account enters a 30-day grace period
- After 30 days of non-payment, your account and all data will be permanently deleted
- No recovery is possible
Cancellation:
- You may cancel at any time via your account dashboard
- Cancellation takes effect immediately
- No refunds are issued for any reason
7. Service Availability
BRIDGES provides services on a best-effort basis. We do not offer a guaranteed Service Level Agreement (SLA). We aim to maintain 99.5% uptime but make no binding commitments.
Unplanned downtime does not entitle you to service credits or refunds.
8. Suspension & Termination
BRIDGES reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if:
- You violate these Terms
- You engage in illegal activities or abuse
- You compromise security or infrastructure
- You fail to pay invoices within 30 days of the grace period
Upon termination, your container and all data will be permanently deleted immediately.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- BRIDGES is provided "as-is" without warranties of any kind
- BRIDGES is not liable for data loss, service interruptions, or indirect damages
- BRIDGES's total liability is limited to fees you paid in the preceding 12 months
- You assume all risks associated with your use of the service
10. Modifications to Terms
BRIDGES may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified 30 days in advance via email. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of Brazilian courts for any disputes.
